Welcome to Picasso’s. We take pride in looking after our customers, serving them exquisite desserts and creating a memorable experience. Therefore, if we underdeliver in any of these areas, please contact us to let us know.

CANCELLATIONS 

Unfortunately, once your order is placed, it cannot be cancelled as our kitchen staff immediately begin preparing it.

INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ORDERS 

If you receive an incorrect or incomplete order, please contact the store where you placed the order, and we’ll resolve the issue. This applies to both cash and card orders. If you ordered through delivery platforms such as Uber Eats, our delivery partner will handle any issues.

Refunds are at the discretion of the on-duty manager and will not be given for errors made during ordering. To avoid this, please carefully review your order before the checkout.

FOOD DISSATISFACTION

We take food quality very seriously and use only top ingredients and local produce, following strict hygiene standards. If you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact the store where you placed it, and we’ll make it right.

The store reserves the right to deny or refuse service to any customer who misuses our Refund Policy.
