DELIVERY & RETURNS POLICY

At Picasso Desserts, we want you to love your merch! We aim to make both delivery and returns as smooth as possible.

 

Delivery Information

  • Processing Time: We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 2-3 business days of purchase.
  • Delivery Time (UK): Once dispatched, delivery within the UK typically takes 2-4 business days, depending on the option selected.
  • Delivery Charges:
    • Standard (2-4 Business Days): £3.49
    • Free UK Delivery on orders over £50 (2-4 Business Days)
  • Carriers: We use reliable courier services such as Royal Mail, Hermes and DPD to ensure your order reaches you safely.
  • Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery progress.

 

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your Picasso Desserts merch! If you’re not fully satisfied, you may return your item under the following conditions:

  • Returns:
    • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
    • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
    • Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
  • Exchanges:
    • We can offer an exchange for a different size or design, subject to availability. 
    • To arrange an exchange, please email us within 7 days of receiving your item.
  • Refunds:
    • Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the transaction.

 

Cancellations

As your purchase will be prepared quickly for dispatch, please contact us as soon as possible to cancel or make any changes to an order. We cannot cancel an order once it has been processed.

 

Missed Delivery

If you happen to be away during delivery, our courier partner will leave a note in your mailbox. You will need to collect your parcel at the designated courier outlet.

 

Change Delivery Address

Once your order has been placed, you typically cannot alter the delivery address due to prompt processing. However, if you contact us immediately, we may assist with changes.

 

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
